The Business Assistants Club has been created for those who are responsible for making individual and group reservations for their companies. It is worth becoming a member of the Club from the very beggining of the cooperation with Airport Hotel Okęcie, since each of the reservations made is awarded with points which entitle the members of the Club to choose from among many attractive gifts and benefits described below.

The Business Assistants Club is addressed to the following groups:

• Secretaries and Assistants of General Managers, Department Managers and Members of the Board,
• Office Managers,
• Reception Managers.
  

In order to become a member of the Business Assistants Club and to start collecting the points, it is enough to:

• write to your host at the Hotel to give you your special number,
• make individual and group reservations,
• send the number assigned to you to the Reservations Department when making your reservation;
• participation in the Business Assistants Club is totally free of charge.
  

Membership in the Business Assistants Club gives you access to special benefits:

• the possibility to make your reservations faster,
• the right to participate in the events organized exclusively for the members of the Club,
• the right to obtain many attractive gifts and benefits described below.
  

How do you collect the points?

• You get 10 points for each night used at Airport Hotel Okęcie when making an individual reservation.
• You get 2 points for each person per night when making a group reservation.*
• You get 1 point for every PLN 100.00 spent on banquets (catering services taxable with 7% and 22% VAT).**
• Groups receiving commission fees are not entitled to obtain points.
